Home / Custom ERP & SAP migration

Leaving SAP? Build the ERP you’d have designed yourself.

Custom ERP development and SAP-to-custom ERP migration for manufacturers, distributors and multi-site organisations. No per-user licences. No forced upgrades. Your process, your code.

The 2027 decision

SAP ECC mainstream maintenance ends 31 December 2027. Three doors.

Door 1

Pay to stay on ECC

Extended maintenance to 2030 at an extra fee. Buys time; doesn’t fix anything.

Door 2

Re-implement on S/4HANA

A new implementation in practice, often on a RISE subscription, with “clean core” limits on customisation.

Door 3

Own your ERP

Rebuild only what you use as a custom ERP, migrate your data, and switch SAP off module by module.

Custom ERP vs SAP S/4HANA

An honest comparison. SAP is the right answer for some global enterprises. For a growing mid-market business, it often isn’t.

SAP migration method

No big-bang cutover.

We switch SAP off one area at a time, with both systems running side by side until your team signs off. Historical SAP data stays searchable in an archive.

  1. 01
    Usage audit

Map transactions, Z-programs, reports and interfaces you really use.

  2. 02
    Blueprint & cost

Module plan, data model and a fixed price per phase.

  3. 03
    Build & integrate

Core modules first, connected to SAP so nothing breaks in between.

  4. 04
    Data migration & parallel run

Masters and open transactions cleansed, moved and reconciled.

  5. 05
    Cutover & decommission

SAP retired area by area; licences dropped as you go.

Every ERP we build is AI-ready: invoices read themselves, and managers ask the system questions in plain English.

Questions CFOs ask us

When does SAP ECC support end?

SAP ECC 6.0 mainstream maintenance ends on 31 December 2027. Customers on EHP6 or later can buy extended maintenance until the end of 2030 at an additional fee.

Isn’t custom ERP riskier than SAP?

The risk moves from licence lock-in to delivery. We reduce it with phased go-lives, parallel runs, full code handover and documented support terms.

What happens to 10+ years of SAP history?

Open items migrate; history goes to a read-only archive your auditors can search.

How long does an SAP exit take?

It depends on modules and data volume. The free assessment gives you a phased timeline and a fixed price for each phase.

We’re on SAP Business One or Tally — is this for us?

Yes. The same approach works for any system you’ve outgrown.
